Esi Hammond

Esi Hammond is a Ghanaian actress whose passion for performance was sparked during her time at GH Media School between 2016 and 2017. It was there that she discovered her natural gift for acting, which she has since developed through both formal training and hands-on experience. Currently pursuing a degree in Public Administration at GIMPA, Esi balances her academic pursuits with a fast-rising career in film and television.

She has featured in a range of productions across Ghana and Nigeria, earning roles in films such as Accra Hustlers, That Night, and Baabani, and television drama series including ENO, Roses and Daggers, Movement (Japa), Rumors, Nana Akoto, With You Every Moment, and Amoanimaa. Her performances continue to impress both audiences and industry professionals with their emotional depth and authenticity.

In 2024, Esi’s dedication was recognized when she was awarded the Supreme Best Supporting Actress—an important milestone in her growing career. Fluent in English, Fante, and Twi, she brings linguistic versatility and cultural sensitivity to her work, allowing her to embody diverse characters with ease.
